Overview
Yoga for Menopause excellently provides asanas (poses) to suit the different stages of the menopause. Being Perimenopause (when the periods become unpredictable and less frequent), Menopause (period free for at least 12 months) & Post Menopause (after menopause). Whatever stage you may be at yoga can help you. This holistic approach to yoga will not only make you feel better but leave you with the information to carry on your experience at home. Prior to and at the end of each session time is allowed to share and support any new symptoms, (every one’s menopause is individual) and ideas together all in a confidential and safe environment. It is important to note you are not alone and we can get through this new transition of life together, feeling empowered and happier.
