Overview

Restorative Yoga can also be known as Yin Yoga, is a brilliant way for relaxation, mindfulness and less stress. Most of us have busy lives and are already yang in nature (active, find it difficult to stop) therefore Yin Yoga helps to soothe the nervous system and to let go of the need to continue to be busy, learning to really relax and enjoy the ‘now’. Yin Yoga also targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Gaining the balance between yin and yang improves flexibility and aid’s sleep.
