Overview

There are many forms of Meditation, Silent, Guided, Chakra, where there is focus on each of the Severn Chakras and Kundalini which is best led by a master.  Meditation is a journey to learn about the body from within, to aim to reach stillness and just ‘be’ in that moment.

Please note at this time classes are online, get in touch if you wish to join in and a link will be sent to you.

Classes online are £7 per class or a monthly subscription of £20

Some classes are available in the Patala Flow Shala, Hereford

NB:  All One to One Classes by appointment.
