Overview
There are many forms of Meditation, Silent, Guided, Chakra, where there is focus on each of the Severn Chakras and Kundalini which is best led by a master. Meditation is a journey to learn about the body from within, to aim to reach stillness and just ‘be’ in that moment.

Classes online are £7 per class or a monthly subscription of £20
